 I love Victoria Beckham's fashion collection.  The clean lines and feminine silhouettes are so flattering and I think would suit women with curves as well as those without.  Wouldn't it be nice if they were actually affordable?  I so want this dress (above).

  

  

  

 

 

  

Oh Fifi, how you taunt me!

OK, so this is the crappest photo ever - taken with my iPhone on a very bright and sunny morning dash across a crazy intersection in Surry Hills today.  I was on a whirlwind trip and had about 30 mins to spare, so made a beeline for David Met Nicole (Oh. My. God.  I have wanted to go there, like, forever.  And it is amazing.  Small, but amazing).  On the way back, had to take this crappy crap crap photo as I desperately want my house to be the colour of Fifi Foveaux's.   Delicious charcoal grey.  The stuff dreams are made of.  Adore the kooky red signage and interior too, but nearly getting run over by a bus just taking this puppy was enough for one day, so sorry - no more pics.

Big girl's bed

It's time for Isobel to be released from her prison of nearly three years and make the move into a big girl's bed.  I have spent the past couple of weeks looking around for something with a bit of personality, and finally found something perfect on Ebay today.   Well, I think it's perfect.  Bit hard to tell when you're looking at wishy washy photos......but hell -  I purchased it anyway.  It's way up near Newcastle, but very conveniently, we are heading up to Port Stephens next weekend, so it's right on our way.  Now just need to cram it in the car and bring it all the way home again.  I'm sure Isobel won't mind being squished against the window in the back seat with such a lovely present in tow.  Surely.

 

  

MAAN kid's fashion

 

I am smitten with MAAN, a kids clothing line based in Antwerp, Belguim.  I would wear these clothes!  I just adore the colours, the designs, the fabrics.  I think certain pieces may be available through Fragile in Sydney - but for now, I will just have to drool. I'm thinking Isobel, at not-quite-3 years old, might not appreciate them just as much as Mummy just yet......

Lace and Utopia by Zuster

 

 One of my favourite Australian companies, Zuster, has released a couple of new outdoor ranges - something very different for them.  Whilst their work with timber products are still my favourite, the Lace and Utopia lines are very beautiful.
