Father Rabbit

Father Rabbit is my latest online obsession.  Well, that's not counting my latest fashion escapades of course.  I'm always impressed by designers and/or retailers who can stick to such a strict colour palette.  Looks fantastic as a curated collection.....but how do they stay so disciplined?  There are so many things out there that I love - one minute it's over the top colourful, the next minute it's monochromatic.  More power to those who can  stick so strongly to a theme.

A spot of shopping anyone?

Oh yay!  Just in time for Christmas, Vogue's Online Shopping Night!  If only I needed to buy more presents for myself.......

UPDATE:  Oops.  Merry Christmas to me.

Emma Davies

Oh the lovely colours and forms of Emma Davies creations!  These sculptures and vessels are made from polypropylene mesh.  An awesome way of injecting colour and shape into a space.

Modernist Adelaide

A truly beautiful home in the Adelaide Hills, home to Anna Dimond and her family.   So beautifully restored to it's original glory, it's like stepping into the home of the Brady Bunch!  Found via The Design Files.

This bathroom is my idea of perfection.   Those fish scale tiles in grey marble?  The Tom Dixon Beat Light?  Straight to the bathroom inspiration folder!  I want this in my house.

Hot parquetry

A gorgeous apartment featured in the real estate/stalking section of Desire to Inspire today.  I have a hankering for these delicious parquetry floors!

And it goes without saying the odd Tom Dixon Beat light (or three) never goes astray.
