I love this simple ad by Tiffany & Co. I saw this on Absolutely Beautiful Things. Love it.
My visual diary. A place to record the things that move and inspire me. Plus, a record of our new adventure in Singapore in 2013.

Albano Daminato
I just love these images from the latest private residence by Albano Daminato. Clean lines, soothing colours, modern pieces. Just fantastic. All images via desiretoinspire.
Tiny People
We have just returned from a lovely two week holiday to Coolangatta. Whilst there, I took the opportunity to visit the shopfront of one of my very favourite online kids stores, Tiny People. SO divine, thought I'd died and gone to heaven! Coolangatta is really starting to develop but luckily still seems removed from the madness of Surfers Paradise. Great shops like Tiny People are springing up (ok, technically it's in Kirra Beach, but you know what I mean) - so exciting! These are just a couple of purchases I made, I honestly could have whipped out that credit card and gone a little mental. Sigh.

House number inspiration
More inspiration. This is from House Industries - numbers and letters made from dimensional metal, drawn from the Alexander Girard font collection.

Top 3 by Design
After my last post, I thought it fitting to do a more extensive one on one of my shopping favourites. Top 3 by Design is a store with a difference. They carry up to three award winning and innovative products per category, deemed the best in the world by merit of design. Originally an online store, they also now have a couple of shopfronts in Sydney, which I am yet to grace with my presence. I've whizzed past the one at Bondi Junction a couple of times as I've always been on a strict timeline when there, but seriously, walking past and ignoring the force pulling me in through those doors was tough to take. Next time for sure. In the meantime, I drool over the website and make up a wishlist.....
Innermost Mantel Dome Clock
Designed by Cedric Ragot of Item Studio for Innermost. A play on a classic with a modern twist.
Designed by Danny Cheung. Does is come with the cute little boggly-eyed goldfish peering out?
Everything Fink does is fantastic. I am lucky enough to have the water jug and wine chiller, gifts from Cite. Amongst all the other pieces of theirs I'd love to have, this new jewellery piece is right up there.
Designed by Tveit & Tornoe for MUUTO NEW NORDIC, made from Oak. Comes as one large, one medium and three small hooks. To die for! I am torn between this and the Eames Hang It All for our entryway.
I am a Charles Wilson fan. I have one of his lounges, the 801. I love that he's an Australian designer and that his designs are readily accessible. Incidentally, this piece was to be taken on and produced by Georg Jensen, which would have made it not quite so affordable. Goes to show you really do pay for the brand name. Love it and would want it no matter who produced it!
This is but a small sample of all the goodies on offer. Check out Top3 by Design for more.
Designed by Rob Brandt for Details. These would be a great topic of conversation when you served up a drink! Love them, think I have to have some.

Georg Jensen Forma
I love anything Georg Jensen produces. Elegant, stylish, design classics. I particularly love the Forma cheeseboard and knife, which Des and I have just purchased as an engagement present for our good friends Pete and Mel. So jealous! It's always the sign of a great present if you really want to keep it for yourself. Available from Top3byDesign.
