Came across this amazingly updated bungalow on Plastolux this morning. Very inspiring, I particularly love how the colours on the lounge above work together. So clean and fresh.
My visual diary. A place to record the things that move and inspire me. Plus, a record of our new adventure in Singapore in 2013.

I used a couple of the beautiful white balloons I purchased for my friend's wedding at a baby shower I helped out with yesterday. You should have seen me trying to cram them in my car after they had been filled.... I wonder how long I will have them floating around my house. I do love them so!

All White
Sometimes I wish everything in my house was white and I had a big basket of bagels.

Samantha Bell
Check out these gorgeous garden sculptures by Samantha Bell. Some are even light sculptures, and I am imagining how stunning would they be out the front of our place at night. Am thinking I'd better get de-weeding the garden before I even start contemplating something like this that draws attention to it's dreadful state however! Will keep daydreaming in the meantime....
Samantha Bell is a designer, born, raised and studied a degree of Visual Communication in Adelaide. Having lived and worked in Darwin, London and Sydney Sam returned home to raise a family in 2003. Samantha started working with metal to satisfy a personal need for unique garden sculpture. It comes as an extension of a graphic design career, in which she has worked for almost 20 years. The inspiration for her work is from nature's own beauty along with the love of repetition and patterning of shapes. Themes include marine sea life and Australian landscape with a dash of whimsical abstraction.

Life Instyle
I'm off to Life Instyle in Melbourne tomorrow, followed by the Reed Gift Fair from Saturday. Five whole days on my own to shop! For my new business venture that is. I don't think I've ever been away from my little girl for that long since she was born. I will miss her of course, but it's an exciting thought to just be me for five days straight.
